9.3 Shipping, Delivery and Returns

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, logistics partners, operational circumstances, force majeure events and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery at the shipping address, and title passes upon full payment.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted, subject always to any rights available to you under applicable law.

For eligible pre dispatch cancellations initiated voluntarily by the customer, the refund will be processed subject to the applicable payment processing charges and the terms of our cancellation policy.

Where applicable, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within the stated processing period. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may also depend on your bank, card network or payment gateway.
